SPRAY DRYING PLANT
Spray Drying technology has been designed to obtain base detergent powder, in form of beads of dimensions 0.2 – 2.5 mm, white, without colored spots. The density of the base detergent powder is between 250 – 400 gr/lt and the moisture content 2-6%, depending on the requested formulation, obtained through modulation of slurry composition and drying conditions

SULPHONATION PLANT
The continuous linear alkylbenzene (LAB) sulphonation process is widely applied for the production of the corresponding sulphonic acid (LABSA), a commodity used in the manufacture of domestic and industrial detergents.
Sulphonation is used for processing in the same reactor other organic bases such as fatty alcohols, pure or more often ethoxylated, or C12 – C18 alpha olefins (AO).
A valuable product obtained from sulphonation and following neutralization is sodium salt of the sulphonated ethoxylated lauryl alcohol, commonly named SLES, a toiletry and cosmetic base commodity. Long-chained alcohols, such as lauryl alcohol, in the 2-3 moles ethoxylated form, may be treated with sulphur trioxide in the same multi-tube film reactor for production of the relevant acid (LESA).
Sodium alpha olefin sulfonate (AOS) is an anionic surfactant widely used for laundry and personal-care products. Various chain lengths alpha olefins, typically C12 – C18, may be sulphonated in the multi-tube film reactor and afterwards neutralized.

SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE PLANT
The plant is based on membrane technology and on the availability of raw salt, demineralized water, chemical reagents, electric power and plant utilities.
Product obtained is sodium hypochlorite solution at 12.5% as active chlorine, to be diluted to the requested final concentration.
Standard plant capacities are 2 Ton/Day or 5 Ton/Day of chlorine, corresponding to 16 Ton/day or 40 Ton/Day of sodium hypochlorite solution at 12.5%.

LIQUID DETERGENT PLANT
Our liquid detergent technology allows the production of any kind of liquid detergent inside the range of types and concentrations required for household and personal care commercial products.
The production process is based on batch-wise operations.
Plant capacity is directly related to the reactor volume, to the number of reactors installed and to the product recipe, which, in its turn, determines the duration of each production batch. Reactors are available in two different sizes, 1.5 mt or 3 mt, while single or several production lines can be foreseen so matching almost any plant capacity value.
The plant is able to produce liquid detergents for many different applications, such as follows:
